  • Best Stories

    "Best Stories" works with a variety of students in a variety of settings including home schooling, schools, after-school programs and hospitals. This program teaches children English and writing skills (plot, character development, etcetera); fine and applied art skills; as well as familiarizing students with libraries and the structure of books.

  • Heartland: The Civil War

    This dramatized history/docudrama follows the intersecting stories of eleven people, residents of the South Bend/Mishawaka/Elkhart Indiana area.  Their stories are told from the start of the Civil War, through 1890.

  • South Bend Art History

    Although the fine arts play a less formal historical role than other components which make up a community, most leaders see the benefit of art. At a fundamental level it is understood that “art establishes the basic human truths which must serve as the touchstone of our judgment”

  • Heartland: The Civil War premiere

    The play premiered at the historic Bristol Opera House in Bristol, Indiana, on June 26, 2015 and at The History Museum in South Bend, Indiana, on July 3, 2015. Productions were presented with The Acting Ensemble and Elkhart Civic Theater.
